docomo P-01H ガラケー Windows10 認識トラブル解決できず orz

すでに記載したとおり新たに購入した docomo P-01H ガラケーでは、 DELL Note PC Vostro 15 3000 ( 3558 ) Windows10 Professional 64bit PC と USB で接続し、 SD Card の中身を閲覧しようとすると PC が死にます。

docomo では個別案件扱いでこれ以上動いてくれる可能性はありません。でネットでエラーコードを検索するとそれらしいものを発見しました。

"Internal card reader fails after upgrade to Windows 10 - “Device could not be migrated"

全文英語ですが、追いかけてみました。表示されるエラーコードとコメントは同じ内容のようです。が、 Windows10 を ISO からクリーンインストールしろと言われてもねえ。 3台の PC は共に Windows10 のクリーンインストールなのですよ。

あとチップセットのドライバ更新。これもダメですね。

さらに探してみると Microsoft Community に "Windows 10. USB Drive Not Recognised" という質問がありました。対応策は

There could be some corruption in the registry entries. Let us check the value in the registry if is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}.Ifit's the same follow the steps below.

1） Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then click regedit in the Programs list. (If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue.)

2）Locate and then click the following registry subkey:

3）HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}.

4）If you see UpperFilters in the pane on the right side, right-click UpperFilters, and then click Delete.

5）Click Yes to confirm the removal of the UpperFilters registry entry.

6）If you see LowerFilters in the pane on the right side, right-click LowerFilters, and then click Delete.

7）Click Yes to confirm the removal of the LowerFilters registry entry.

8）Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.

記載のレジストリ項目を操作するも改善しません。そうか、レジストリの可能性もあるかと思って他のレジストリ関連項目を探してみるもそれらしい key はなく挫折。うるうる。

Windows10 PC からは直接作業はできませんが Windows7 PC では動作するので P-01H は Windows7 PC に接続し、この PC を VNC を使って Windows10 PC 上からリモートコントロールして携帯の SD Card データを吸い出すと同時に Windows10 PC に転送することにします。あー、面倒だなあ・・・。

もっとも携帯の SD Card にアクセスするのは緊急避難的に使用したカメラ画像くらいですから、これで諦めることにします。
